Terms and Conditions
Payments:
Payments can me made via:
- MasterCard
- Visa
- Bankcard
- Direct deposit (information at checkout)
Once we have received your order, we will process your payment. Once payment
is successful, we will post your order. In the event your payment is unsucessful, we will e-mail you and endeavour to find a solution. If you can not make payment within one week we reserve the right to decline and cancel your order.
Prices:
Our on-line store has no minimum purchase price. All prices shown include GST. During checkout, postage will be added. If you have spent more than $50, you are entitled to free postage (within Australia only).
Returns:
Any faulty items will be replaced at our cost, provided we are notified within 3 days and the items returned to us within 1 week.
If items in your order do not come up to your expectations we will do our best to address the situation. We will either exchange the items, or give you credit for a future order. Both of these options will be at the value of the returned items, and you will be required to pay for the postage.
Postage & Handling:
We have several choices of postage for you.
1. Free regular post (within Australia only) if your order totals $50 or more.
2. $5 regular post for orders under $50.
3. $12 Express post for any order if you wish. Express packages ensure fast receipt and can be tracked.
4. $8 Registered post for any order, a good idea for orders over $100 as it comes with insurance.
5. Internationl postage will be available at check out, and will depend upon your destination.
When you get to checkout, your postage choices will be available, depending on the total cost of the order. Please select your prefered postage choice and it will be added to the order.
Discounts & Wholesale
Everyone who shops with us are elegible for discounts. We have three levels of discounts.
Over $100 = 5% Everyone
Over $300 = 15% Bronze membership
Over $500 = 30% Silver membership
Once you are registered you will automatically get the 5% discount for orders over $100, as well as the free postage for orders over $30.
If you would like to sign up for further discounts you will need to indicate this when you register as a user or modify your profile if you are already registered. You will then be added to that membership level.
